About Me

My two lifelong interests are animals and art.
I have worked with a variety of domestic animals and wildlife, always with an emphasis on welfare and conservation.

I have created art since childhood, often using found, natural and recycled materials to make models and figurines.

My current work in clay and wire combines these two passions.

Pottery

I also enjoy making pottery, using traditional earthenware and slipware to create colourful bowls, pots and drinking vessels.

Animal Art

My aim in my work is to portray character and personality, rather than specific types and breeds.

I celebrate the mutts, moggies and working horses, and individuals who may be in need of a good home.
